AQUAGUARD TRADPLUS is a "Traditional"
three layer roof covering BS747 but with ELASTOMERIC upstands, drips and flashings giving improved performance. All felts hot bonded in bitumen and finished with stone chippings. (Expected life of roof is 7 - 10 Guaranteed for five years)

AQUAGUARD ELASTOMERIC is a Higher Specification roofing system. Comprising, preparatory layer GP] 20/3G (if required); underlay and top sheet of "Elastomeric" felts. All felts hot bonded in bitumen and finished with slate surfaced felt (providing the required degree of solar protection).

Advantages of slate surfaced felt
It is less likely to attract moss.
It is more resistant to damage from foot traffic.
There are no problems with chippings clogging gutters etc.

Expected life of a roof is twenty to thirty years. Guaranteed for fifteen years. The ELASTOMERIC materials above have been given the approval of the BRITISH BOARD OF AGREMENT
